Responsibilities
Own and direct the end-to-end corporate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the organization
Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial performance
Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models that support strategic decision-making
Support long-range financial planning through scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling
Prepare high-impact financial presentations and analyses for executive leadership and the Board of Directors
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather insights and align on financial objectives
Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership
Support strategic initiatives by providing financial analysis and recommendations
Serve as primary owner of key financial models and processes, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and scalability
Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, collaborating with Accounting and FP&A teams
Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes and systems
Ensure data quality and consistency across all financial reporting and analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related analytical roles
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using Excel and Microsoft tools
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly
Preferred
Experience in high-growth technology companies or semiconductor industry
Strong understanding of SaaS or hardware business models and metrics
Proven track record of building scalable financial processes and models
