Co-Op Customer Service Engineer
Centella is a company with over 50 years of reliable service in the advanced health care technology space. They are seeking a Co-Op Customer Service Engineer to provide hands-on support in field operations, performing maintenance, diagnostics, and customer service related to company equipment.

Responsibilities
Interact with Customers (internal and external) in a courteous and professional manner to solve the assigned service issues
Repair of systems, including diagnostic imaging systems, therapy systems, computer systems, and clinical network systems at customer sites, utilizing available resources including other CSEs knowledgeable in the specific modalities
Perform planned maintenance and equipment modifications on a timely basis with supervision of trained CSE
Complete required documentation on a timely and legible basis as requested
Assist in the installation of equipment which may include uncrating, inventory, mechanical assembly, interconnecting cabling, electrical and mechanical calibrations, and adjustments, all testing required for successful equipment
Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Assist in performing routine and preventive maintenance on a variety of technical equipment at customer locations
Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Work alongside experienced engineers to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, utilizing technical manuals and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve problems
Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to understand service needs, provide updates on repairs or maintenance, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, equipment logs, and maintenance schedules
Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and company policies while on-site, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client-specific guidelines
Actively participate in Centella training courses
Through field assignments, continuously improve and expand knowledge and expertise in repairing and servicing a variety of equipment
Be a safe and courteous driver always
Follow regulatory, safety, and work procedures always
Ensure accurate entry of all service orders into the software system
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude, with an interest in hands-on work and equipment troubleshooting
Basic understanding of electrical systems, mechanical principles, and diagnostics
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel to various customer sites as needed (valid driver's license may be required)
Preferred
Familiarity with tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic equipment is a plus
