Manage and grow a pipeline of enterprise reinsurance prospects
Lead discovery sessions, product demos, proposals, and full deal cycles
Collaborate closely with product and onboarding teams to ensure strong client outcomes
Champion digital transformation in a traditionally conservative industry
Contribute to commercial strategy and hit revenue targets as the business scales
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS sales
Strong consultative selling skills and relationship-building ability
Capable of navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales processes
Preferred
Background in insurance, reinsurance, or data-driven platforms
