Amazon is seeking a bright and motivated Administrative Professional to support their Vice President of International Public Policy and Government Affairs. The role involves managing complex scheduling, coordinating travel, and supporting the effectiveness of the VP and her global team.

Responsibilities

Managing complex and frequently changing calendaring and scheduling requirements; preempting and triaging competing incoming demands
Implementing domestic and international travel arrangements
Coordinating constructively with business partners and external customers in the planning of internal and external meetings and events, including supporting team summits and leadership meetings
Tracking and driving key team deliverables
Partnering collaboratively with fellow executive assistants, locally and globally
You will be familiar with emerging AI tools and capabilities, and committed to experimenting with and driving opportunities for AI-based efficiency gains

Required

5+ years of executive assistant experience
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience handling confidential information
Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with AI/ML technologies

Preferred

Experience managing multiple calendars, or experience managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel
Experience working in fast paced environments, and managing workload even during times of stress, or escalated activity
Experience in working directly with government officials and regulatory bodies
Experience working with global cross-functional teams
Experience communicating results to senior leadership, or experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits)
Can use AI for legal research, contract analysis, or document review experience
