Responsibilities

Qualify and Prioritize Prospects: Utilize cold calling to assess leads for readiness and potential in the competitive Houston market

Schedule Appointments: Set up meetings between Houston clients and real estate agents

Manage CRM Data: Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead information in the CRM system

Follow Up Consistently: Engage prospects regularly through calls, emails, and texts

Track Performance: Monitor key metrics and conversion rates to optimize sales strategies
