Responsibilities

Monitor IGS’ portfolio of installed systems using a combination of IGS’ platform and manufacturers’ monitoring profiles

Ensures the systems are performing optimally

Identifies and investigates developing trends affecting system performance

Assists with weekly calls with maintenance providers to review outstanding issues and to dispatch technicians when needed

Monitors system behavior such as degradation, production, and underperforming systems to ensure optimal performance

Supports IGS billing Analyst team in accurately billing customers, resolving discrepancies and addressing customer billing concerns

Reviews and audits own completed work for accuracy, makes corrections when necessary, and timely reports status to management

Review closed issues for appropriate documentation

Review and approve service invoices for payment

Performs other responsibilities and projects as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

2 years of work experience

Demonstrates a drive for results, efficiency, and embraces the value of Continuous Improvement

Ability to learn new technology platforms (partner portals, reporting portals, etc.)

Strong organizational skills and document management skills with an acute attention to detail

Ability to work both independently and as a team

Ability to navigate your own workload by responding to customer system issues first and implementing project related initiatives in downtime

Intermediate skills in all MS Office Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, SharePoint)

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis

Preferred

Energy experience a plus

Solar experience a plus

Familiarity with Solar Shading tools like Aurora a plus
