Estimate costs of homes and options using CAD drawings
Prepare job-specific plans, budgets, purchase orders, and change orders
Conduct quality assurance inspections
Manage pre-construction tasks from sale to construction start
Support process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Residential construction experience with estimating knowledge
Proficient in AutoCAD and construction software
Strong time and project management skills, detail-oriented, adaptable
Team player with excellent communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's, Associate, or Technical degree in Architecture or Construction
