Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution for IT systems

Manage daily configuration, monitoring, and operation of client, server, storage, network, and mobile devices

Assist users with system access, usage, and issue resolution

Monitor system health, perform in-depth troubleshooting, and support issue escalation

Communicate system status and resolution progress to agency management and internal customers

Optimize system performance and resource utilization, including capacity planning

Support dispatch systems and remain engaged through hardware issue resolution

Configure, maintain, and enhance Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems

Support system design, mission architecture, and hardware integration

Analyze and resolve complex server, application, and integration issues
