Responsibilities

Serve as an instructor for the analysis courses (Intro class is every other month, Advanced course is quarterly)

Prepare and deliver documents ranging from technical reviews, class enhancements, and curriculum updates

Organize and actively engage on Technical Review Boards (TRB) and Working Groups (WG) and serve as an operational expert to various elements

Ensure that operational plans are compliant with technical requirements and quality control standards

Coordinate and communicate between various operational elements to create the best solutions and teaching environments possible

Foster creative updates to courses that this position will manage and instruct; work with an instructional designer to refresh/update the course as needed

Market course to target audiences

Be available on client systems to answer questions from students on a regular basis
