Responsibilities

Maintain a Safe, Organized, Clean, and Secure environment

Daily Inventory Counts

Monthly Full Inventory Counts

Controls flow of equipment and supplies

Reports to management and advises on process improvements

Develop loss mitigation processes and protocols

Trains less experienced inventory team members

Compiles inventory reports

Partners with Purchaser to ensure inventory is within thresholds

Receive and process all supply shipments

BOL reconciliation

General Inventory research

Pays close attention to detail and sustains productivity

Maintains clean and organized inventory locations

Monitor supply thresholds

All other duties assigned to the Purchasing Specialist/Procurement Manager

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or GED required

Dependable with excellent organizational and efficiency skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure and within time constraints

Proficient in math and basic budget management

Skilled in navigating computer programs and using radio frequency equipment

Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required

Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards

Stand and walk throughout a shift

Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods

Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds

Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements

Preferred

2-3 years of related work experience

Prior experience as an equipment operator, including forklift or high reach

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
