Operate drone platforms to collect data for research projects, process and analysis the data in a timely manner, and explore potential applications to boost the efficiency of field management

Qualification

Required

Combination of training and experience required to perform the duties
Previous experience or course work in crop production and precision agriculture technologies
Experience with drones
Experience with computer vision/image processing (Matlab or Python)
Experience with GIS software for precision agriculture
Valid driver's license
Valid NC Driver's License required

Preferred

Experience with drone data analysis software
