Responsibilities
Developing and executing HR strategies in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the commercial organization
Providing guidance and leadership to commercial teams, fostering an environment of growth and development for sales and marketing team members
Partnering with and coaching leadership to enable workforce success and talent development
Leading organizational change initiatives and managing HR-related communications
Overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Utilizing data analytics to drive decision-making and measure effectiveness
Championing and collaborating across departments to integrate HR strategic initiatives throughout the business
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
10+ years of HR experience
Proven experience as a strategic HR leader with a track record of driving organizational productivity and success
Demonstrated experience of HR functions, including talent development, succession management, organization development and employee relations
Exceptional consulting and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build trust at all levels of the organization
Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability to change
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a large, fast paced, matrixed organization
Ability to leverage data to gain insights and inform actions
Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or other areas combined with relevant work experience is preferred
Prior commercial business partnership highly preferred
