Responsibilities
Lead a team of BI Analysts responsible for creating visualizations, querying the data warehouse, and presenting insights to leadership
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions and strategic data insights
Analyze sales and service data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the Commercial Sales and Service division
Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and visualizations used to track key performance metrics
Provide mentorship, coaching, and ongoing professional development to team members
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through strong data governance and quality assurance best practices
Present insights, findings, and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making
Support a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Baccalaureate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Four or more years of direct experience using analytics software or other data analysis tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience using data visualization software
Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings succinctly
Excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills
Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team
Background must demonstrate the ability to operate effectively within a complex, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Five or more years of directly related analytics experience
Experience using Business Objects Web Intelligence, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, R, SPSS, or SAS
Experience leading or mentoring a team
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization platforms (SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI)
Experience using data models and ERDs
Experience developing data stories and highly innovative dashboards, analytics models, or insights frameworks
