Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, servers, and related infrastructure
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls using Active Directory and related tools
Perform routine system backups and assist with disaster recovery processes
Apply security updates, patches, and antivirus measures to maintain system integrity
Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures
Provide hands-on technical support to end users and resolve day-to-day IT issues
Assist with system upgrades, infrastructure projects, and continuous improvement efforts
Support IT operations in a manufacturing environment where uptime and reliability are critical

Required

Experience supporting Windows-based systems and end users in an on-site environment
Working knowledge of Active Directory, basic networking, and system troubleshooting

Strong communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
