Responsibilities

Work along with a pre-defined group of our largest and most important customers; establish connections with partners ranging from support agents to CxOs
Use exceptional consultative phone skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, inspire, project confidence and overcome objections
Utilize Salesforce to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are accurately predicted and information regarding the opportunity is communicated appropriately
Bring enthusiasm and energy to work
Other duties as needed

Required

Outgoing, self-motivated individual
Excited to be on the phone and excels at building relationships with existing customers

Organized and detail-oriented with thorough follow-up skills
Proficient with technology
Able to multi-task with several tools, work independently and prioritize tasks
Use exceptional consultative phone skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, inspire, project confidence and overcome objections
Utilize Salesforce to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are accurately predicted and information regarding the opportunity is communicated appropriately
