Responsibilities
Negotiate settlement agreements with opposing counsel
Provide legal advice and updates to clients regarding their cases
Conduct thorough legal research and analyze statutes, case law, and regulations
Draft legal documents
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of litigation experience required
Admission to the New York Bar
Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with attention to detail
Professionalism, discretion, and empathy when interacting with clients
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus
