Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing
Identify, document, track, and verify software defects and inconsistencies
Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met
Participate in design and code reviews, providing feedback on quality, test coverage, and testability
Implement, maintain, and improve automated testing frameworks and tools
Analyze test results and provide clear, actionable feedback to development teams
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software quality assurance
Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Support regression testing, system testing and release validation activities as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar
Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) is a plus
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
