The Channel Partner Solutions Consultant will be responsible for initiating, developing, and scaling the channel partner program, driving revenue through indirect sales, and enabling partners to deliver cybersecurity solutions that meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationship with key personnel at TSDs under contract in order to obtain referrals to C3 for CMMC Related requests
Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic Trusted Advisors in order to drive sales activity
Deliver partner enablement training sessions to ensure partners are equipped to sell and support our offerings
Collaborate with partners to drive pipeline growth, close deals, and achieve revenue targets
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key partner stakeholders
Meet KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track partner performance and program success
Attend partner events, industry trade shows, and security related conferences
Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to align channel strategy with company goals

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management within the cybersecurity industry
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as CMMC, NIST
Demonstrated success in building and scaling channel programs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
Experience with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PRM platforms)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Security
