V-Tech Solutions is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Program Manager Coordinator to support a fast-paced Robotics Program. This role focuses on governance adherence, documentation quality, and cross-functional coordination to ensure projects move forward with consistency and accountability.

Responsibilities

Apply program governance frameworks, standards, and workflows
Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, compliance logs, and checklists
Prepare and format professional documents and presentations (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF, SharePoint)
Track tasks, deadlines, action items, and project dashboards
Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
Support robotics deployments, field operations, demos, and training events
Review documents for accuracy, consistency, and governance compliance
Draft clear communications, summaries, and reports

Qualification

Program governance frameworksFAA regulations knowledgeTechnical writingProject management toolsRobotics operational dataOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsAttention to detail

Required

Strong organizational, communication, and technical writing skills
Experience supporting technical, engineering, or compliance-driven programs
Working knowledge of FAA regulations (Part 107 and Part 61)
Familiarity with robotics operational data (e.g., LIDAR, imaging, counter-UAS)
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with high attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution (Mechanical or Aeronautical preferred)

Preferred

Experience with project management tools and document control systems
Background in robotics, aviation, utilities, infrastructure, or defense
