Responsibilities

Organize corporate records and conduct due diligence reviews

Coordinate due diligence activities for acquisitions in partnership with internal stakeholders

Engage effectively with cross-functional teams (such as Corporate Development, Integration Management Office, Legal, Finance, IT, and others) to identify, mitigate and resolve risks and issues in the deal and integration process

Help create and update company-wide policies, processes, standardized documents, and training resources

Review and interpret a wide range of agreements, such as master service agreements, consulting contracts, NDAs, amendments, work orders, and vendor agreements

Maintain a database of key contracts and highlight non-standard terms for easy access

Oversee corporate governance requirements for subsidiaries, including tracking required filings, registrations, and intercompany agreements

Manage the Legal team’s technology stack and infrastructure, including integrations between other business systems to streamline operations

Develop and manage the Legal team’s annual budget, including forecasting, tracking expenditures, and implementing cost-optimization initiatives

Ensure all board and corporate governance documents are up to date

Required

Bachelor's degree required

6+ years of experience in legal operations, contract management, corporate governance, or related areas

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities

Capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with discretion and professionalism

Skilled in using legal operations platforms, document management tools, and Microsoft Office applications

Must be willing to work onsite 4 days a week

Preferred

Paralegal certification is a plus

Familiarity with generative AI tools is a plus
