Responsibilities
Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for X Money ensuring coverage of functional, performance, and usability aspects
Perform manual testing and contribute to the development of automated test scripts to validate product functionality, performance, and reliability across platforms (web, iOS, Android)
Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution
Define and monitor quality metrics to assess product performance and user satisfaction, providing actionable insights to improve product quality
Ensure consistent performance and user experience across all supported platforms, including x.com, the X iOS app, the X Android and upcoming X Android Lite apps
Conduct and coordinate regression testing to ensure new features and updates do not negatively impact existing functionality
Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand requirements, provide feedback, and ensure alignment on quality goals
Stay updated on QA methodologies, tools, and industry best practices to enhance testing processes and product quality
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing with experience in fintech, AI or consumer-facing products
Hands-on experience with testing large scale web and mobile applications (iOS and Android)
Automation skills in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar for test automation
Preferred
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions is a plus
