Responsibilities

Build, train and scale FICO’s focused foundation models for financial services
Enhance distributed training and inference frameworks for compute utilization and stability
Develop systematic evaluations, reward models and asynchronous environments
Work with financial institutions, pre-sales & forward engineers on real-world tasks

Strong in Python with proven experience in both ML and large distributed systems

Experience with pre-training foundation architectures from scratch
Experience with inference and/or low-latency systems
Experience with Rust and communication collectives
