Responsibilities
Serve as primary advisor for complex individual, business, estate, and trust clients
Lead tax planning, structuring, and high-level advisory engagements
Review complex federal and multi-state returns and oversee advanced tax research
Represent clients in IRS and state matters, audits, and correspondence
Drive practice growth through client expansion and service development
Lead, mentor, and develop tax professionals at all levels
Oversee engagement quality, budgets, staffing, and delivery
Participate in firm strategy, training, and professional organizations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related field
CPA required
10+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience
Proven leadership in managing complex clients and teams
Strong technical, communication, and business development skills
Tech-savvy with modern tax platforms and Microsoft Office
Preferred
Master's degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related field
