Responsibilities

New merchant prospecting

Identifying merchant’s payment problems and propose optimal solutions leverage Ant International’s capabilities

Client facing account owner that will lead internally across multiple functional teams such as Client Services, Tech, Product, and Marketing teams to facilitate effective payment services for our merchants

Required

8+ years' experience as a client facing sales role serving large enterprise merchants

Proven track record as a BD or sales

Strong ability to work with and lead cross functional teams through leveraging the candidate's own core business sense to determine the next correct course of action, the ability to negotiate/structure comprehensive deals, and sign complex multinational contracts

Able to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools quickly

Undergraduate degree or above

Preferred

Payment industry experience

Industry experience in Digital Gaming industry

Fast learner, can quickly pick up Ant International's product features and values and be able to clearly articulate those value propositions to our target merchants

Accustomed with Industry/Statistical Analysis, able to comprehend key opportunities through corporate publications, industry publications, or other information sources

Good at working in multi-cultural and multinational teams with a proven ability to manage internal expectations, interests, and complex relationships

Embraces change, purpose-driven determination, and familiarity working with multi-time zones

Cross- Border Payments, Tech, or Consulting experiences preferred

Bilingual (Chinese/English) Native Proficiency in Writing, Reading, and Speaking

Master degree in business or other related fields
