Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases and related agreements
Manage due diligence processes for tenant transactions, including title, survey, and zoning reviews
Provide legal guidance on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects
Advise on general corporate matters, including entity formation, governance, and compliance
Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure timely and accurate execution of transactions
Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting commercial real estate
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in any US state
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law
Strong experience drafting and negotiating leases and related agreements
Familiarity with due diligence processes for tenant transactions
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
