4+ years expRYZ Labs is a startup studio built in 2021 by two lifelong entrepreneurs. They are seeking a Data Center Network Engineer to design, implement, and operate high-availability network fabrics, ensuring optimal performance and security of the network infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain data center networks and interconnects
Monitor network performance/capacity; optimize to meet uptime and latency targets
Troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and packet loss; perform RCA and remediation
Implement network security and segmentation (ACLs, firewalls, microsegmentation)
Automate provisioning and configuration (Ansible/Python); maintain documentation
Plan and execute changes, upgrades, and lifecycle management with minimal downtime
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in CS/EE/IT or equivalent experience
4+ years in data center networking
Strong routing/switching: BGP, OSPF, EVPN/VXLAN, ECMP, IPv4/IPv6, QoS
Hands-on with Cisco/Arista/Juniper
Proficient with monitoring and NetOps tools (e.g., NetBox, SolarWinds, sFlow/SNMP, Grafana)
Scripting/automation (Python, Ansible) and version control (Git)
On-call rotation required
Preferred
Experience with spine–leaf, BGP/EVPN/VXLAN
Experience with ACI or EVPN fabrics
Experience with LB/firewalls
Certifications a plus: CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP, Arista ACE
