2-5 years of litigation experience in patent, trademark, trade secrets, or other IP litigation
Some experience in the following: case assessment/investigations; drafting invalidity and infringement claim charts; drafting pleadings and motions; preparing and responding to written discovery; managing complex discovery and negotiations; preparing claim construction briefs and hearing materials; working with experts on reports and testimony; preparing deposition outlines and exhibits
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of litigation experience in patent, trademark, trade secrets, or other IP litigation
