Responsibilities

Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of critical facility infrastructure, including Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) across the data center environment
Real-time monitoring, alarm management, and incident escalation to maintain optimal performance, minimize downtime, and ensure the security and reliability of the data center's operations
Serving as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving network and facility incidents within the campus

Required

3 to 5+ years of experience in network engineering or related field
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS)
Experience with Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS)
Real-time monitoring and alarm management skills
Incident escalation and troubleshooting skills
Ability to maintain optimal performance and minimize downtime
Understanding of security and reliability in data center operations
