Responsibilities

Applying your skills to the latest DoD weapons and sensor systems, modernizing the Navy and contributing to mission success. Successful candidates must possess excellent communication skills and interact directly with customers and engineering personnel

Supporting submarine weapon systems by working in an Agile environment to review and test developed software

Schedule is predominantly a standard workday but at times flexibility may be required to support a surge effort or event

Required

Experience with Software languages such as C, C++, Java, Python and ability to review developed code to ensure it satisfies requirements and adheres to coding standards

Experience with automated test suites/tools, manual software testing, requirements tracing, development life cycle

Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance (at a minimum, must receive/be approved for an interim Secret security clearance in order to start). Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a SECRET Clearance

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Engineering, Math, Computers Science, and/or Physics
