Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and mentor a team of developers in building and maintaining automotive-related web applications using React, TypeScript, Node, Java
Define and oversee technical strategy and architecture for scalable and robust web solutions in the automotive domain
Ensure the implementation of best practices and standards in coding and software development
Architect and develop complex features and enhancements for our automotive platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions
Maintain and improve existing systems, addressing performance, reliability, and security issues
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements to incorporate innovative solutions into our projects
Continuously optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
Act as a technical liaison with automotive clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and actionable tasks
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Developer
Experience in React, TypeScript, Node, Java
Proven track record of leading development teams and managing large-scale projects
Strong experience with Kafka and implementing event-driven and serverless architecture
Background in developing and deploying web applications within the automotive industry or related sectors
Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD practices, and Agile methodologies
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Familiarity with supply chain management
