Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day operations to grow the business profitably

Develop budget and manage expenses within fiscal guidelines

Direct operational systems, processes, and policies to achieve the company's mission, goals, and objectives

Actively manage the employee team and managers, including admissions, education, records, financial, and retail

Implement revenue growth and improvement strategies in the revenue-generating departments through active involvement with staff

Ensure unparalleled customer service through modeling and by setting expectations that meet the unique needs of all customers - internal and external

Foster an environment of respect with adherence to the organization’s core values of quality, integrity and ownership-thinking

Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the physical property through inspections and preventative maintenance programs

Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations
