Responsibilities
Creates and manages marketing initiatives and campaigns to drive traffic, increase sales, attract new customers, and retain existing business. Oversees campaign projects and executes on deliverables
Gathers initiative and campaign performance data, builds reporting to measure ROI, analyzes learnings, assesses information, and provides feedback and recommendations to senior leadership team on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Conducts market research to analyze competitors, understand customer needs, and maintain competitive advantage
Oversees daily department activities and manages creative resources including but not limited to; graphic design, print/paper buying, quoting, invoicing, scheduling (staff, resources, and projects), proofing, budgeting, & reporting
Collaborates with cross functional teams (Operations, Sourcing, IT, and HR) to ensure timely execution of projects and materials
Supervises the performance of associates and recognizes, trains, coaches, counsels, and takes corrective action when warranted
Qualification
Required
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline
Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field
May require certification
Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines
