New GradSub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Scottsdale is seeking an Engineering Co-op for their new Cedar Rapids facility. The role involves supporting the start-up of the facility by applying engineering principles to improve productivity and efficiency in manufacturing.

Responsibilities
Work cross functionally to support the start-up of our new Cedar Rapids, IA facility in either Fabrication or Assembly engineering
Incorporate various Industrial and Mechanical Engineering principles in a manufacturing environment
Perform analysis of procedures and design fixtures while working to increase productivity and efficiency through the plant to ensure safety and quality
Work closely with various engineering groups to develop facility layouts through CAD
Develop procedures for new equipment & oversee installation of new equipment
Qualification
Required
Paid work experience and valuable hands-on experience in your field
Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday for 8 months
Incorporating various Industrial and Mechanical Engineering principles in a manufacturing environment
Perform analysis of procedures and design fixtures
Working to increase productivity and efficiency through the plant to ensure safety and quality
Working closely with various engineering groups to develop facility layouts through CAD
Developing procedures for new equipment
Overseeing installation of new equipment
