Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries related to daily transactions
Assist with monthly close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
Maintain fixed asset records and record depreciation
Support AP and Field Services teams with accounting with AP and AR transactions
Assist with financial reporting and provide supporting documentation for internal and external audits
Collaborate with field operations and customer service teams to ensure accounting accuracy
Contribute to improving accounting processes and internal controls
Qualification
Required
Motivated and detail-oriented
Recent accounting graduate or someone with up to two years of experience
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Experience with month-end close activities
Experience with reconciliation processes
Experience with day-to-day accounting operations
Ability to prepare and post journal entries related to daily transactions
Ability to assist with balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
Ability to reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
