Responsibilities
Focus Areas: Strategy Implementation & Cross-Functional Integrator for Member-facing teams
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Member Impact, this role is the operational anchor for LEE’s member-facing teams
This position is ideal for a strategist and critical thinker who loves data-informed execution and integrating across multiple verticals
You will not just manage projects; you will operationalize the department’s strategic vision, creating the systems and processes that allow five distinct member-facing teams to operate as one cohesive unit
If you excel at backwards-mapping high-level strategy into daily implementation, and you enjoy working internally to align resources and teams, this is your lane
Focus Areas: Analysis, Board & Donor Relations, & Executive Priorities
Reporting to the Executive Director, this role is focused on advancing critical aspects of the organization’s work
This may include analysis of elected leadership performance and opportunities, execution of initiatives, and cultivating relationships across external and internal stakeholders
The scope of this role will span the areas of LEE’s current and future work, which includes being a tech-forward, platform organization
Additionally, this role will lead, along with the Executive Director, the learning and development agenda of LEE’s leadership team
This position is ideal for a candidate with deep alignment to LEE’s mission, strong execution skills, high agency and solutions orientation, exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, and advanced technical fluency
Focus Areas: External Programming, Meeting Facilitation, Internal Team Culture
Reporting to the President, this role is for a leader with demonstrated expertise in managing external programming, facilitating internal team meetings, and project managing complex internal workflows
The Chief of Staff will possess the ability to balance linear, detail-oriented execution with big-picture synthesis, leveraging systems to distill critical information for the President
This position is ideal for a proactive decision-maker and relational leader who is energized by facilitating high-stakes public environments and supporting the internal culture of the organization

Qualification
Required
Demonstrated expertise in managing external programming
Experience facilitating internal team meetings
Proven ability to project manage complex internal workflows
Strong execution skills
