Responsibilities
Support Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms as needed
Assist lead and classroom teachers with daily routines and activities
Help maintain safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environments
Support children during play, transitions, meals, naps, and outdoor time
Assist with diapering, toileting, bottle prep, and feeding routines as appropriate
Model calm, positive communication, and respectful behavior
Help guide children’s social skills and emotional regulation
Observe children and support developmental milestones
Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming classrooms
Follow all health, safety, and EEC policies
Jump in wherever support is needed — because teamwork matters here
Qualification
Required
Support Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms as needed
Assist lead and classroom teachers with daily routines and activities
Help maintain safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environments
Support children during play, transitions, meals, naps, and outdoor time
Assist with diapering, toileting, bottle prep, and feeding routines as appropriate

Communicate well with teachers, children, and families
Are eager to learn and grow in Early Childhood Education

Can work the required schedule specified within this posting, with flexibility to adjust hours based on needs of the center
Occasional evenings or weekends for training or special events
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
Ability to sit, bend, squat, kneel, and lift infants safely throughout the day
Can lift to 50 pounds
