Responsibilities

Implement and configure SAP PP/DS solutions to optimize production planning and scheduling
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP best practices
Integrate PP/DS with SAP ECC/S4HANA, APO, and other modules like PP, MM, and SD
Design and execute heuristics, optimization, and pegging strategies for effective production scheduling
Support master data setup (resources, PDS, PPM, MRP, etc.)
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Provide end-user training and documentation for SAP PP/DS functionalities
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PP/DS issues while ensuring system stability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, manufacturing, and IT

Required

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain, IT, Business, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP/DS implementation and support
Strong understanding of PP/DS heuristics, optimizer, and detailed scheduling strategies
Experience in SAP S/4HANA Embedded PP/DS (preferred)
Knowledge of Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Capacity Planning
Experience in CIF (Core Interface) for data transfer between ERP and PP/DS
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

SAP S/4HANA in PP/DS
(Experience with APO-DP, SNP, or IBP)
Familiarity with Fiori apps for PP/DS
(Prior experience in manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or automotive industries.)
