Qualification
Required
Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering is required
Registered Professional Engineer in PA
Experience in highway design to include Horizontal and vertical alignments
Experience in highway design to include Drainage design
Experience in highway design to include Erosion and sediment pollution control design
Experience in highway design to include Stormwater management design
Experience in highway design to include Pavement design
Experience in highway design to include Traffic engineering
Experience with MicroStation and InRoads/OpenRoads
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
