Driving retail revenue growth by managing key accounts
Executing strategic territory plans
Leading inside retail sales initiatives
Representing the company at trade shows
Managing travel budgets for national events
Maintaining accurate CRM data
Following a structured sales process to deliver exceptional results
Consistently achieving retail revenue targets
Effectively managing your territory and accounts
Demonstrating strong leadership in inside retail sales and MLRs
Executing trade show strategies that deliver measurable ROI
Maintaining disciplined planning and reporting practices
Building strong customer relationships
Optimizing travel and event budgets
Ensuring the CRM reflects accurate, timely information
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related area
Previous Retail B2B sales and account management experience with proven performance
Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
Strong time manager able to multi-task
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including excel
CRM savvy, or adept learner
Solid interpersonal skills enabling lasting customer relationships
Competitive, self-motivated, and results driven team player
Problem solver able to think on your feet
Adaptable and flexible
