Help accelerate the growth of our Accounting Solutions practice

Serve lower middle market and middle market clients across a variety of industries

Support clients with strategic CFO advisory services, Controller level financial management and reporting, and outsourced finance and accounting, as well as payroll and human resource services

Leverage industry-leading cloud-based technologies for financial management

Play a key part in the succession plan for the practice

Lead teams and manage client relationships while driving growth through marketing, networking, and business development

Anticipate client and market needs, align team capabilities, and develop proactive solutions for sustainable success

Establish efficient processes, manage resources effectively in a client service environment, and enforce accountability through KPIs and metrics

Build and nurture a high-performing, growth-oriented culture through coaching, recognition, and succession planning

Deliver tailored solutions and foster lasting relationships built on trust and results
