Responsibilities

Lead Strategy: Define and execute data and reporting strategies aligned with enterprise objectives to maximize business impact

Innovate & Scale: Design and implement scalable reporting frameworks and advanced BI tools to ensure consistency and agility

Influence & Evangelize: Collaborate with leadership to define key metrics and embed a data-driven culture across the organization

Stay Ahead: Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage

Develop Talent: Manage and mentor two Senior Managers and their teams, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Drive Growth: Set clear performance goals, provide actionable feedback, and create opportunities for professional development and cross-functional learning

Required

Bachelor's degree in data science, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field

9+ years in data analytics/reporting

5+ years in leadership within the insurance industry

Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake

Experience with automation tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Airflow

Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams with a focus on coaching and talent development

Strong understanding of insurance data and regulatory reporting requirements

Exceptional presentation and stakeholder engagement skills

Expertise in mapping, monitoring, and executing complex projects

Preferred

Master's degree in a related field
