Responsibilities

Perform routine CCP/PC verification checks

Perform routine CQP (quality) verification checks

Perform routine daily SSOP/GMP audits and observations/documentation

Perform environmental monitoring swabs

Perform product sampling pulls

Perform Pre-op Inspection

Participate in sensory panels

Manage Holds Tags on the floor

Product testing for chemical attributes on the floor

Follow all SQF principles pertinent to your position as specified by the SQF Practitioner

All food safety and human safety concerns need to be reported to appropriate personnel such as Safety Manager, FSQ Manager, etc

All other duties as assigned

Required

Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel)

Excellent oral and written skills

Excellent reasoning and mathematical Skills

Strong leadership skills

1-2 years' experience in a similar job function

Preferred

Food manufacturing experience desired

Experience in reviewing results and correlating to acceptable/unacceptable results
