Lead, coach, and grow a team of project and engineering managers. Set clear goals, monitor performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Manage operational budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability across projects and service delivery
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence
Champion safety standards and ensure adherence to all organizational and regulatory requirements
Drive digital transformation initiatives, optimize workflows, and implement cutting-edge smart building technologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, Information Technology, or a related field
10+ years of experience in operations management within smart building environments
Strong knowledge of building automation systems (BMS), HVAC, and security systems
Technical proficiency with IoT platforms, data analytics tools, and smart building software
Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Preferred
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
OSHA 30 certification
Experience with platforms such as Tridium, EcoStructure, or similar
Proven success in coaching project managers in forecasting, subcontractor management, manpower planning, and scheduling
