Strategic Account Manager
SiteMinder is a leading open hotel commerce platform that supports 50,000 hotels across 150+ countries. They are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive revenue growth and expand brand value through a newly established Reseller Model, focusing on managing partner relationships and generating new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
Supporting the reseller with acquisition of new hotels via independent hotels, Groups, Chains and collections
Identifying, prospecting for new partners and nurturing opportunities to deal closure across North America
Owning commercial discussions, delivering value and negotiating key contractual terms with partners
Managing a small portfolio of technology partners and unlocking growth across the entire group
Identifying and pursuing opportunities to gain new strategic accounts in NORAM
Setting the strategic account's expectations in alignment with their commercial commitments to SiteMinder and deliver on expectations
Travel regularly within the region to attend travel shows and meet our Strategic Accounts in person
Qualification
Required
Have proven experience in a sales capacity, driving revenue growth and hitting KPIs
Understand the hotel industry and the dynamics of its players specifically in the PMS & CRS or distribution space
Ideally extensive experience in a strategic commercial role, with a background in the hospitality and/or technology SaaS
Ability to create, maintain and enhance partner relationships, negotiate and sell, operate on a strategic or detailed level as required
Bring a proven track record of successfully establishing, growing and managing a partnership/key account/channel sales portfolio within a hospitality/technology company
Have proven experience in a Strategic Sales or Partnerships capacity, driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels and hitting KPIs
