Responsibilities
Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets while working closely with your team and customers to ensure seamless execution
Create precise project estimates and supporting sketches for various restoration stages
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining the highest quality and safety standards
Managing and mentoring a team of technicians, fostering an environment of safety, efficiency, and quality
Being the final point of contact for customer insurance claims, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction
Managing support personnel for documentation, insurance claims, including photos, drawings, test reports, and alike while ensuring thoroughness and accuracy
Review project documentation such as photos, dry logs, demo sheets, airborne contaminants, and safety sheets
Regularly visiting job sites to guarantee compliance with IICRC guidelines and our five-star service commitment. This includes getting dirty sometimes with an end goal of never getting dirty
Maintain constant communication with other management
Qualification
Required
3-5 years in estimations within the restoration or construction industry
Proficient in Xactimate (or equivalent)
Familiarity with CompanyCam and similar
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient on a computer with programs such as Word, Excel, Gmail, Outlook, Digital Calendars, G-Drive, and similar
Excellent judgment

Prior experience in water damage mitigation or related fields
Preferred
More certifications than IICRC 500 & S520
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
