Responsibilities

Read and follow instructions on a traveler and other company documentation to correctly complete required tasks

Correctly fill out company documentation to accurately record manufacturing lot information, measurements, etc

Work under direct supervision and in accordance with instructions and techniques to correctly process parts

Inspect parts using a microscope to determine conformance with company and customer inspection criteria

Remove parts from a sheet using scissors or clippers depending on the part

Use drop gauges and hand held micrometers to measure material thickness

Uses various electrical test equipment to verify the circuit’s continuity and isolation

Understand the different sections of a flex circuit and the fundamentals of how a circuit works

Identify and make recommendations for inspection improvement opportunities to help lower part costs and make parts quicker to process through the inspection department and the plant
