Responsibilities

Drafting and negotiation of power purchase and sale agreements and other common types of revenue contracts for electricity generation and storage projects
Drafting and negotiation of supply, construction, operations, interconnection and co-tenancy agreements for electricity generation and storage projects
Due diligence with respect to the foregoing agreements for complex transactions on behalf of buyers, sellers, or financing parties (debt or equity)

Required

3-4 years of experience in the energy industry at a large law firm with a national reputation or comparable in-house counsel role
Experience in drafting and negotiation of power purchase and sale agreements and other common types of revenue contracts for electricity generation and storage projects
Experience in drafting and negotiation of supply, construction, operations, interconnection and co-tenancy agreements for electricity generation and storage projects
Experience in due diligence with respect to the foregoing agreements for complex transactions on behalf of buyers, sellers, or financing parties (debt or equity)
Resume, cover letter, and law school transcript are required to apply
Candidates must be admitted to and a member in good standing of the state in which they reside
