Responsible for the coordination of work performed by Laboratory Support Services staff within the Laboratory
Works directly with staff and oversees the work performed to accomplish work goals as required
Assists laboratory leadership in ensuring that the mission of the laboratory regarding quality and service is consistently met

Qualification

Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist CertificationLaboratory supervision experienceClinical lab experienceLeadershipProblem solvingCritical thinking

Required

Current Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist (MA-P) Certification or Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist eligible
Experience as a lead, team coordinator or supervisor in a laboratory setting
Minimum three (3) years of experience in a clinical lab setting
