Partner with HR and IT to align business needs with Workday solutions
Support and optimize Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation modules
Translate business requirements into system configurations and integrations
Lead system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and change management
Ensure data integrity, automation, reporting, and compliance
Monitor HR technology trends and recommend improvements

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field
7+ years in HR systems/IT roles with deep Workday expertise

Exposure to HR analytics tools; Workday certification is a bonus
