Responsibilities
Reviewing your book of business, tracking performance, and analyzing market conditions and competition
Building and managing broker relationships, developing goals and strategies, and collaborating to craft tailored solutions for members
Oversee new and renewal underwriting, select risks per company guidelines, and ensure timely follow-up and closing of accounts
Qualification
Required
At least 7 years of experience underwriting
Comfortable owning a book of business
Direct, empathetic communication skills
Ability to gather and analyze data for risk decision-making
Strong understanding of the market
Ability to manage a healthy book of business
Experience in fostering a collaborative team environment
Mentoring and supporting underwriters and senior underwriters
Preferred
Experience in the high net worth space
